1.       Need to have at least 9 years in IBM BPM along with Java experience.

2.       Minimum 8 years Hands-on experience in IBM BPM and Java.

3.       Having experience in Process modeling, workflows, integration with Mediations, BPEL.

4.       Having experience in Mediations and BPEL.

5.       Having good communication and interpersonal skills.

6.       Having good exposure to customer interaction as it is a customer-facing role where s/he needs to work from customer location in New York.

7.       Need to be proactive in taking initiatives.

8.       Worked on Agile methodology.
